400 million tons of plastic waste are thrown into landfills every year - that's the same weight as 2,000 cruise ships. Microplastics are one of the most significant health hazards in the world today. TerraHab permanently repurposes up to 160,000 pounds of plastic waste for every home we construct.

Over 7 million new homes are needed in the United States and more than 1 billion new homes are needed worldwide to fully address the lack of adequate housing. Using waste plastic, TerraHab can construct housing that is up to 40% less expensive than traditional construction.
